Sarah has also worked in the corporate world for more than 25 years and understands the pressures faced in the workplace. She feels strongly that the separation of the personal and professional domains within work settings, significantly impacts people’s mental health, and she specializes in depression, anxiety, and high performance.
Sarah works with clients on a variety of issues including, but not limited to: burnout, addictions, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, sexual/relationship problems, fertility, conception, depression, sleep, diet/eating disorders, weight, stress, motivation, confidence, overwhelm, achieving goals, teamwork, leadership, self-esteem, engagement and high performance.
