John has experienced many styles of leadership and cultures. From his own experience in leadership positions, he understands the challenges entailed but also the benefits and rewards of understanding yourself and your individual team members on a personal and emotional level. By building strong relationships built on respect and trust, it is possible to see the good and the great in each person and drive them to new levels of success and achievement.
