Course structure
The Living Leadership Programme runs over a three-month period and includes:
"Last year, I had the opportunity to take part in the Living Leadership programme, and I can honestly say I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
I met some fantastic people from across the MedTech sector who, from the very beginning, were open and honest about their leadership journeys. That openness was made possible by Deiric and Mary Ann, who created a safe, supportive environment where everyone felt comfortable to speak and share. The programme helped me learn a great deal about myself, encouraging reflection and enabling me to show up with greater intention and confidence as a leader. Well done to Irish Medtech Skillnet and Genos Europe for developing a human-centric leadership programme. If you, or someone on your team, are looking to develop your leadership skills, I would highly recommend it."
- Barbara Kelly (Human Resource Manager, Serosep)
"This was the 1st course I have taken where I didn't lose focus. Deiric and the Genos team really delivered an excellent course. Mary Ann was my mentor and she really did make me feel important to her and her role as a mentor. I hope to take a lot of actions from this course to help me develop as a manager at
Writech. Thank you to the Genos team."
- Karl Furlong, Manager Writech
"Speakers were so engaging, which is very difficult to keep a groups attention but they did so brilliantly. The course really focuses inward on yourself and what you want to achieve and personal goals, not just leadership, felt like life coaching at times which I enjoyed and took."
