Similarly solid research from other sources shows that Emotional Culture directly impacts productivity, performance, creativity, commitment, employee turnover and engagement.

of these measures, and negative emotions drive negative outcomes – creating angry, fearful, and sad cultures that persistently underperform.

You'll learn a quick and easy approach to measuring & managing Emotional Culture using a unique tool: 'The Emotional Culture Index'. 

During the workshop we'll pretend that those attending are from a single organisation, and you'll see us analyse the Emotional Culture of this fictional company, in real time, from your inputs.

4. LEARN TO IMPROVE AN ORGANISATION'S EMOTIONAL CULTURE WITH COACHING  

Before the program you will complete a personalised Genos Emotional Intelligence assessment. During the program you'll see how an one's own EI contributes to the emotional culture of an organisation.
