All attendees will receive and complete a personal Genos EI Assessment valued at R1950 before the programme.
In addition, they will receive an additional assessment valued at R1950 to use or sell after the certification.
Your Master Trainer: Mark Cunningham
Mark specialises in the development of people in their work environment. He is an experienced facilitator and coach and his portfolio emcompasses business leadership, sales and life-skills disciplines. He has trained throughout Africa over the last 26 years and specialises in online pyschometric assessments and surveys designed to maximise performance and management.
Leading his team and organisation, Mark has brought together the best tools and instruments worldwide. He is a certified trainer in Profiles International solutions, Everything DiSC, and Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team. He is an Authorised Distributor for Genos International and certified to deliver Genos solutions and the IGNITE program.
Your Master Trainer: Chrystal Austin
Chrystal has partnered with, trained and certified Coaches, Consultants, Trainers, HR Personnel and Psychologists as the Relationship Manager at GrowingPeopleGreat and Profiles South Africa for the past 9 years.
Her clients include SME's, Business Consultants in Private or Corporate practice, large corporate clients with international footprints as well as local Government Departments.
She has helped assess, coach and train employees across various sectors, assisting departments where engagement, development and performance issues were solved through the use of high level training solutions and assessments.
