Meet Ciara

Ciara has over twenty years’ experience in leadership, people management, recruitment, consultancy, coaching and mentoring. She has experience working nationally, internationally and globally including over 18 years’ experience in the Caribbean. Ciara’s experience includes working with clients across a number of different industries including the professional services industry, working with some of the top international financial services and law firms; into the hospitality industry; SMEs; not for profit and charitable organisations. She has sat on numerous boards, consulted and advised on mergers and acquisitions and assisted clients through significant organisational change. 

Ciara is an energetic motivator and problem solver with a successful track record of driving businesses, developing strategies that align to the company vision and values, hiring, training and developing the very best talent and providing them with exceptional opportunities to thrive. She is certified Genos International Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and Master Trainer and develops long and rewarding partnerships with the clients that she works with providing incomparable levels of service.

Ciara has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and has started, grown and developed highly successful businesses. She has a hands-on, down to earth approach to everything that she does. She also has over 6 years’ experience working with the Investors in People (IIP) framework, using it as a tool for business improvement. As the IIP champion of her own company, she successfully led the organisation to achieve Platinum accreditation and was awarded as the Investors In People Platinum Employer of the Year in November 2019.

Ciara is a member of the CIPD Gloucestershire Branch Committee, a member of the CIPD HR Forum and an Enterprise Advisor with the Careers and Enterprise Company.
